Greens Road, Paddington Project

This 100 + year old terrace in Paddington consisted of 2 storeys. The main challenges with this build was the close proximity of neighbouring structures and the access onto site which was only through the front door, as the entire site was surrounded by neighbouring homes.

With substantial structural demolition of the back three quarters of the home, we rebuilt a new multi level home plus an attic. The home features high end finishes, new 3m high raked ceilings, exposed timber joist ceilings, a functional attic space and rear courtyard stacking doors which allow free flowing from inside to the rear courtyard.

The end result was an atheistically pleasing high end renovation with meticulous attention to detail, and seamless integration of old and new elements, preserving the original character and charm.
